We are seeking your help to support these exceptional young minds as they work towards their goals and aspirations. Your generosity will make a tangible difference in their education, helping to provide the resources and support they need to succeed.

By contributing to the College of Engineering Program Enhancement Fund, you will help provide support for scholarships, enabling students who may not otherwise have the financial means to attend UTEP and succeed in their studies. Additionally, you will support hands-on learning opportunities, including internships, co-ops, and research projects, granting them real-world experience and exposure to industry professionals.

Meet Carlos Castañon, a talented mechanical engineering student who has benefitted from the generous support of donors like you. Thanks to engineering scholarship and endowments, Carlos has been able to pursue his passion for engineering without the added pressure of financial stress. Additionally, he has taken advantage of various internship opportunities, including coveted spots in Bayer Corp and Amazon's internship programs. As Carlos works towards his degree, he remains grateful for the opportunities he has been given and is determined to use his education to make a positive impact in the world.

“Gaining hands-on experience in the field of mechanical engineering was critical to my growth and development as student at UTEP. It allowed me to apply engineering concepts that we learn in the classroom to real-world situations. The College of Engineering prepares us for success in our careers.
