The UTEP College of Health Sciences plays a significant role in preparing caring and competent healthcare professionals to serve the Paso del Norte region, with approximately three quarters of graduates remaining in the area after graduation. To address critical shortages in the physical therapy and occupational therapy professions, we’re expanding enrollment and have moved to a new Rehabilitation Sciences Complex, with an interprofessional training clinic that will be open to the community. Our students are intrinsically driven to care for others and are personally connected to their fields.
On Raise Your Pick Giving Day, we are asking our alumni and community to support our efforts in building a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals who are invested in this community and your health.
We hope you will raise your pick for our CHS students on April 12! Thank you in advance for your contribution toward their professional development.
The College of Health Sciences is also seeking support for Ph.D. Student Scholarships. Click the button below to learn more.
