Support Future Special Education Teacher Support

For over 80 years, the UTEP College of Education has remained committed to preparing the highest quality education professionals to serve El Paso and beyond. Our mission is to empower future educators, counselors, diagnosticians, principals, superintendents, researchers, and leaders who are driven to make a difference in their communities – locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.

Now, more than ever, there is a great need for exceptional special education teachers. The UTEP College of Education offers state-of-the-art, practice-based training to prepare outstanding educators to serve students with special needs in the El Paso region. This Raise Your Pick Giving Day, we are asking for your help through donations to the College of Education’s Counseling and Special Education Gift Fund, specifically to support exam expenses for future special education teachers. Your contribution will help talented students achieve their dreams of educating special needs children.

We believe education transforms lives. By supporting our students, you are helping shape the next generation of educators who will continue transforming lives in our community and beyond.

The College of Education is also raising support for student scholarships on Raise Your Pick Giving Day. Click the button below to learn more:
