KTEP

Every gift counts—now more than ever.

Support your NPR station for the Southwest!

The complexity of today’s issues means that unbiased, reliable information is more important. In the El Paso area, that can only be found at KTEP.

KTEP is recognized for its award-winning news. From NPR national and international news to KTEP’s locally produced news stories and the Texas Standard, you’re listening to the best public radio in the Southwest.

KTEP is also home to fun and engaging entertainment shows and music programs featuring jazz, classical, folk, rock, and more!

Now more than ever, YOUR support is essential.

Raise Your Pick Giving Day is your opportunity to join hundreds of others giving generously to your public radio station, KTEP! Approximately one-third of our operating budget is provided by donations from our listeners, which means that EVERY gift counts toward our ability to provide your favorite programming.

From all of us at KTEP, thank you for your generosity. We are proud to be your source for NPR news, local news, and music!

KTEP is licensed to The University of Texas at El Paso and is operated as a public service to the region. While UTEP provides substantial support to cover the costs of salaries, utilities, and facilities, the University does not provide funding for radio programming as part of the station's yearly budget. KTEP relies on additional funds from donations to help purchase your favorite programs. All gifts made to KTEP are processed and receipted by the University.
