Leadership Development Programs

Leadership Development programs are designed to develop and enhance the professional marketable skills of UTEP students, enabling them to effectively develop and implement solutions to real-world challenges. Funding is needed to expand the number of programs available to students in order for more UTEP Miners to benefit from these unique experiences.
