Raise Your Pick Giving Day 2024

The College of Nursing Simulation Lab is a crucial experiential learning resource for training and evaluating UTEP nursing students in patient care prior to their clinical rotations. In the simulation lab, students face “real life” scenarios dealing with a variety of health-related issues such as home health care, maternity, mental health, cardiovascular care, and medical surgical care in a safe learning environment. They learn to prioritize multiple tasks while conducting real-time assessments and procedures on live, scripted patients.
